Joni has been teaching Yoga for over a decade! Her first experience with Yoga was during her first year of college. After that, she knew that she wanted to share her love of Yoga with as many people as possible. In 2003, she started on her journey of certifications and received her first Yoga, through National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). Since then, she has also received training and certifications in the following: Assisted Vedic Thai Yoga, Balanced Body Pilates Mat 1, Personal Training, Reiki, Surfset Fitness, TRX Suspension Training. This background aids her in designing classes that can benefit all!

Becca Collins, RYT 200, finished her teacher training in July of 2017 through Marianne Wells Yoga School in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. She found yoga as a young teen, going to the gym with her mom. When she moved to Baton Rouge for college, she frequently attended classes at the LSU Recreational Center. As her engineering classes became more difficult, she knew yoga
could be a great way to decrease her stress and anxiety while staying healthy in college. Quickly after attending weekly classes at a studio in Baton Rouge, she knew that yoga was meant to heal herself and others physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Now Becca is working as a Petroleum Engineer for the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Becca is honored and humbled to be able to share the gift of yoga with others. She believes yoga is really for everybody and wishes you to come explore and learn about yoga with her. “The soul moves the body; the living body moves the world.”
I am a holistic healer, I have a Bachelor's in Metaphysical Science and am working on my master's. I am a Reiki practitioner and love working with Energy. I just recently received my yoga teacher training and am excited to share this with you. My dharma in life is to love and share love. I want everyone to find peace and happiness in there life. Erin Snow, RYT 200, completed yoga teacher training in 2012 through Courtney Butler’s Balance Yoga and Wellness Registered Yoga School of Hot Springs, Arkansas. After experiencing yoga’s positive impact on her physical health and mental clarity, Erin feels honored to share this ancient practice with others. Her communications background has helped her design classes for a variety of people--from children to corporate yogis to women on retreat. With a passion for cultivating kindness and building positive relationships, Erin enjoys yoga and meditation, music, creative writing and travel. Jeanne completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Shambhava Yoga Konalani in Kona, Hawaii, where she experienced the profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit that arise from daily yoga and meditation. In her classes, Jeanne shares her experience of yoga as the integration of mind, body, and spirit through thoughtful alignment and depth cues that welcome new practitioners and veteran yogis alike. Jeanne wants students of all levels to be welcomed and challenged in her classes. She develops
creative sequences tailored to the needs and experience levels of her students while also integrating meditation and breath work. Yoga and meditation have truly transformed Jeanne's life and helped her to relax, live in the present moment, and nourish her body and soul.
Private Yoga sessions are a wonderful way to begin or deepen your practice. You get to decide what you want to get out of your session. You will receive help with alignment and modifications. From a fitness lifestyle of hard hitting gym routines and long distance running, KT Lynn found a deep love for Yoga in the first class she ever took, with the rest being history. With practicing and teaching for close to a decade, Yoga has been ever present in KT's life. Her passion for teaching comes from a love of community Yoga offers, the history of the practice and the total well-being Yoga provides. KT is 200 RYT certified through YogaWorks and Yoga Alliance registered. In addition to continuous Yoga education she is CPR, AED and Adult First-Aid certified. Coming from Los Angeles and teaching in various cities around the United States, KT is blessed to call New Orleans her home.
Rachel Harrer, RYT 200, completed yoga teacher training in vinyasa flow in 2018 through Shanti Yoga Shala and has taken additional workshops on restorative yoga. She first discovered yoga in college at the University of New Orleans when she was getting her bachelors in psychology and has loved it ever since. She wants yoga to be accessible to all bodies, so she often uses props and adjustments for a safe, healthy practice. She loves Sanskrit and often tries to incorporate some of the language in her classes. She believes that yoga is a healing art for the body, mind, and spirit. Her goal is for you to leave class feeling better than you did before you showed up to the mat. Rachel is currently enrolled in the Louisiana Master Gardener program with the LSU AgCenter. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and being out in nature.

Sierra is a recent graduate from the Balance Yoga + Wellness teacher training program in New Orleans. After studying and exploring spirituality for years, she fell in love with the ancient practice of yoga.
She began her practice in grade school, thanks to her mom’s old Yoga Journal VHS tapes. During college in Indiana she began adamantly studying meditation and asana. After realizing how transformative and unifying yoga study can be, she desperately wanted to share that with others. She’s honored and thrilled to share that with the Yoga and You Anwhere community.
