Becca Collins, RYT 200, finished her teacher training in July of 2017 through Marianne Wells Yoga School in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. She found yoga as a young teen, going to the gym with her mom. When she moved to Baton Rouge for college, she frequently attended classes at the LSU Recreational Center. As her engineering classes became more difficult, she knew yoga
could be a great way to decrease her stress and anxiety while staying healthy in college. Quickly after attending weekly classes at a studio in Baton Rouge, she knew that yoga was meant to heal herself and others physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Now Becca is working as a Petroleum Engineer for the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Becca is honored and humbled to be able to share the gift of yoga with others. She believes yoga is really for everybody and wishes you to come explore and learn about yoga with her. “The soul moves the body; the living body moves the world.”

With a passion for cultivating kindness and building positive relationships, Erin enjoys yoga and meditation, music, creative writing and travel. She is also a licensed esthetician and freelance writer and editor. Erin lives in New Orleans' Gentilly neighborhood with her husband, daughter, cat and guinea pig.
Jessie first discovered her love for yoga after Katrina, as a way to anchor herself during the turmoil in the aftermath of the storm. After years of practicing on and off, she committed to delving deeper into her practice by completing the 200 hour Wild Lotus Yoga Teacher training. Since then she has continued her training in Ayurveda Yoga Therapy (16 hours), alignment (8 hours), an 8-hour training in teaching from the heart, and studying the Yoga Sutras. She hopes that her classes get people out of their heads and into their bodies. She believes that by quieting the mind, we can listen to our hearts, and follow our truth. Jessie is humbled and excited to be a part of the YaYa team!

Sydney recently moved from Florida to New Orleans. She began her yoga practice three years ago while studying Musical Theatre. The integration of breath and movement intrigued her due to the rhythmic undertones of vinyasa. She learned more about herself on the mat and her passion to teach began to grow.
She completed her 500 hour vinyasa teacher training with Awakened Life School of Yoga in Bali and wishes to continue her education in restorative yoga. Her yoga intention for her students is to deepen the spiritual connection between mind and body. She wishes to cultivate balance in her students that they can take off the mat.
When she isn't teaching, you can find her at City Park enjoying the sculpture garden, cooking, or exploring her new home the Big Easy.
